Background: The inaugural Singapore Property Awards will be held in September 2009.

Concept:  Following the success of the Thailand Property Awards, which are now in their fourth year, the Singapore Property Awards aim to create awareness of and showcase the best in Singapore's real estate industry. The awards assist in promoting the high level of quality of Singapore's commercial and residential real estate, construction, architecture, landscape architecture, environmental and community awareness, through a professionally-run awards system that helps put Singapore real estate on the world stage.

Target: CEO, owner and Managing Director level professionals in the Singapore real estate industry.

Guests: Over 300 industry professionals will attend the event at the St Regis Hotel in Singapore.
